Valdecoxib ≥99%

Valdecoxib is a prescription NSAID exhibiting anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. Valdecoxib inhibits prostaglandin synthesis via Cox-2 inhibition and is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis and theumatoid arthritis. Valdecoxib selectively inhibits Cox-2 (IC50 of 0.005 μM) over Cox-1 (IC50 of 140 μM).
