    Abi-2(ABI2)antibody
    Cat.#: 3189-1
    Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
    Clone ID: EPR3906
    Swiss Prot: Q9NYB9
    Mol Weight: 75kDa
    Size: 100ul

    Description
Abl-interactor (Abi) proteins are targets of Abl-family nonreceptor tyrosine kinases and are required for Rac-dependent cytoskeletal reorganization in response to growth factor stimulation (1). Abi-2 may act in regulation of cell growth and transformation by interacting with nonreceptor tyrosine kinases Abi-1 and/or Abi-2. This protein may be involved in cytoskeletal reorganization, and it regulates Abi-1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA (2).
