Description:
DBI Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 107 amino acids (1-87a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.4 kDa. DBI protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

Escherichia Coli. 

Physical Appearance:
Sterile filtered colorless solution. 

Formulation:
DBI Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 0.1M NaCl & 10% glycerol. 

Stability:
DBI Human although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
