ACADS Antibody(C-term)
Cat.#: T3384
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Clone ID: polyclonal
Swiss Prot: P16219
Mol Weight: 44kDa
Size: 100ug
Description
ACADS is a a tetrameric mitochondrial flavoprotein, which is a member of the acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family. This enzyme catalyzes the initial step of the mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation pathway. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Short Chain Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase Deficiency.

Products Data
Western blot analysis of ACADS Antibody (C-term) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ACADS (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Specificity
This ACADS antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 367~397 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ACADS.
Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
